At SYNA, your sleep, comfort, and confidence always come first. If your order isn’t exactly what you expected — whether it’s the fit, feel, or style — we’re here to help.
We have a 120-day return policy, which means you have 120 days after received your item to request a return
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition you received, you will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Your rest is our priority, and we’ll always do our best to make things right.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed
- In original condition
- Returned with all tags, liners, and packaging included
Any signs of wear, washing, fragrance, stains, or damage may result in the return being rejected.
How to Initiate a Return
Please contact our support team at hello@mysyna.com with:
- Your order number
- A brief explanation of why you’d like to return the item

Self-Service Returns
SYNA offers a streamlined self-service return experience to make the process simple and stress-free.
Once we confirm the return cost, our team will send you a link to register your return.
To ensure a smooth approval, please provide a clear reason and supporting evidence where necessary. SYNA reserves the right to deny returns that lack sufficient explanation or accurate documentation.
After your return arrives, our Returns Team will inspect it to ensure it meets our guidelines. You’ll be notified of the outcome via email.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our end (e.g., incorrect item, defective product, wrong color or variant).
- Once you request a return, we’ll email you the return shipping cost for approval.
- After approval, you’ll receive the link to start the return process.
- The approved return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund once we receive the item.
Please note:
- Delays caused by customs or delivery services are beyond our control and are not considered valid reasons for a return.
- Bundled or discounted sets must typically be returned as a complete bundle. Individual items may not be returned separately.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. In these cases, SYNA will cover the return shipping cost.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection.
If approved:
- Your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 calendar days, minus any agreed return shipping cost.
- Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
If you’d like to exchange your item for a different color, size, or variant:
- Contact us at hello@mysyna.com.
- After approval, we’ll send an invoice for return shipping (and any price difference if applicable).
- Once payment is confirmed, you’ll receive a link to register the return. Choose “Exchange” as your reason.
- After receiving and inspecting the item, we’ll issue store credit so you can place a new order for the item you prefer.
Return Denials
SYNA reserves the right to refuse returns that:
- Show signs of use, washing, fragrance, or damage
- Are missing original packaging or tags
- Are submitted after the eligible return period
- Are sent to any address not provided through our return portal
Returns that do not meet our policy guidelines will not be accepted.
